Terms and Conditions of Sale and Entry
Effective Date: March 2026
Last Reviewed: March 2026 (Superseding December 2024 version)
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the purchase of tickets and entry into events organized by REBEL INTERNATIONAL LTD ("we," "us," "our"). We are a Private Limited by Shares company, registered in England and Wales.
Company Number: 13252088
Registered Office: 41 Stanley Road North, Rainham, England, RM13 8AX
By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you ("the Customer," "you") agree to be legally bound by these T&Cs.
2. Ticketing and Purchasing
Official Platform: All official ticket sales are processed securely through our primary commerce and ticketing partner, Easol.
Valid Entry: A valid ticket must be produced to enter the event. Removing any part of, altering, or defacing the ticket may invalidate it.
Non-Transferable: Tickets are for personal use only. The resale or attempted resale of a ticket for commercial gain without our express permission is strictly prohibited and will result in the ticket being voided without a refund.
Fake Tickets & Unapproved Resale: We accept no responsibility or liability for fake, duplicated, or invalid tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, scalpers, or secondary platforms (e.g., social media resellers, Viagogo, StubHub). If you arrive at the venue with a fraudulent or unauthorized resale ticket, you will be denied entry immediately without compensation or refund. To guarantee entry, tickets must be purchased directly through our official Easol platform.
3. Cancellations, Alterations, and Refunds
Final Sales: All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled, significantly rescheduled, or subject to a material alteration (e.g., a change of venue to a completely different city).
Non-Material Changes: Changes to the supporting lineup, minor schedule adjustments, or adverse weather conditions (for outdoor events) do not constitute a "material alteration" and are not grounds for a refund.
Refund Scope: In the event of a cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Booking fees and transaction fees charged by Easol or our payment sub-processors (e.g., Stripe) are strictly non-refundable.
Notification: It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via the contact details provided at the time of booking.
4. Age Restrictions and ID
Age Limit: All Rebel International events are strictly 21+ unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific event listing.
Challenge 25: We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy at all venue entrances and bars. Valid, physical, photographic government-issued identification (Passport or Driving License) must be presented upon request. Failure to provide valid ID proving you are 21 or over will result in denied entry without a refund.
5. Entry, Security, and Right of Refusal
Right of Refusal: The venue management and Rebel International reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person from the event for behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, or annoyance, or for failure to comply with venue regulations.
Security Searches: To ensure the safety of all attendees, you may be subject to a physical search of your person and your belongings upon entry. Refusal to consent to a search will result in denied entry without a refund.
Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, weapons, outside food and beverages, professional recording equipment, and any other items deemed dangerous by security are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.
6. The Rebel Code: Respect & Consent
J'ouvert is freedom, but freedom requires mutual respect. By attending our events, you agree to adhere to The Rebel Code:
Consent is Mandatory: Always ask before dancing with someone. If someone says no, steps away, or shows disinterest, respect their boundary immediately.
Zero Tolerance: Uninvited grabbing, touching, "handsy" behavior, or any form of harassment will result in your immediate removal from the event without a refund. We reserve the right to permanently ban offenders from all future Rebel International events.
Watch Your Squad: If you or anyone else feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or witnesses inappropriate behavior, alert our security team or event staff immediately. We have your back.
7. Inclusive Drinks and Bar Policy
For events or ticket tiers that include food and beverages, the following strict regulations apply in accordance with UK licensing laws:
Inclusions: Food and drink inclusions are dictated by your specific ticket tier (please refer to the event listing for exact details).
Responsible Service: Service is limited to standard units only (singles or doubles). Triples will not be served under any circumstances.
No Shots: Straight shots are strictly prohibited. All spirits must be served with a mixer.
No Proxy Ordering: To safely monitor alcohol consumption, guests may only order drinks for themselves (one drink per person, per bar visit). You may not collect drinks on behalf of other attendees.
Refusal of Service: In strict compliance with the UK Licensing Act 2003, bar staff, security, and management reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual who appears visibly intoxicated. No partial or full refunds will be issued to guests who are cut off from the bar for intoxication.
Hydration: Complimentary tap water will be readily available at all bar service areas for the full duration of the event.
8. Photography and Filming
Consent to Media: By attending an event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or sound-recorded as an attendee in the crowd.
Usage Rights: Rebel International Ltd and our approved partners reserve the right to use these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and security purposes in perpetuity, without compensation or prior notice.
9. Liability
Personal Property: Rebel International Ltd, the venue, and our ticketing partner (Easol) accept no liability for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property occurring at the event or in the surrounding areas.
Personal Injury: You attend the event at your own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury or health issue sustained at the event, except where caused directly by our gross negligence.
Hearing Protection: Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. We strongly advise the use of ear protection.
10. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data—including data processed by our partners Easol and Brevo—please review our [Insert Link to Privacy Policy].
11. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
